Everything You Need To Know About Support At Home

 

Support at Home is a government-funded aged care program that helps older Australians remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while receiving the support they need.

 

Eligibility is determined through an aged care assessment. If approved, you may receive funding for services that support your health, wellbeing, and independence.

 

VASS provides personal care, domestic assistance, nursing, allied health services, social support, transport, care coordination, assistive technology, and home modifications.

 

Once you have completed your aged care assessment and received approval, our team will work with you to create a personalised support plan that meets your needs.

 

Yes. VASS is committed to supporting people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and will do its best to provide culturally responsive assistance.

 

We currently provide services across Melbourne's North, North East, East, South East, and Western suburbs.
